We believe that meeting day should not be a risk you manage.

You are here because something important is on the calendar: a quarterly review, a client from out of town, or a leadership offsite people will remember for reasons you cannot control.

You have done this dance before. You have watched a TV refuse to connect in the first ten minutes of a presentation. You have apologized to a table of people about why the catering has not arrived yet. You have paid hotel parking rates so your team could fight traffic for an hour each way.

Jilani Place is built for the version of the day where none of that happens.

An executive team at L'Oréal Canada tried every premium space in the GTA. Then they chose this one.

After countless offsites across the GTA, the L'Oréal Canada team made Jilani Place their dedicated hub for quarterly strategy sessions. Unanimous endorsement, team manager and every colleague.

Their reason, in their words: a level of integrated technology and high-end hospitality unrivalled across every other option they had ever worked from.

When the team that has worked from everywhere picks one place, that tells you something the photos cannot.

Engineered so the tech works before you walk in.

We spent 2 years of development and hired the best audio-visual consultants for one purpose: so you never lose the first twenty minutes of a meeting to a problem nobody should have to solve in 2026.

Every voice captured. Without anyone adjusting anything.

Most conference rooms have one microphone pointed at whoever is loudest. Ours has a Shure MXA902 ceiling array. It captures every voice around the table automatically, delivers localized audio, and makes the person dialing in from Vancouver sound like they are sitting next to you. No passing the mic. No leaning across the table. No "sorry, can you repeat that?"

Newline 86-inch interactive display in meeting room

The 86-inch display connects in three seconds. Guaranteed.

Newline 86" 4K UHD multi-touch displays with Windows and Android OS built in. USB-C, wireless casting, AirPlay, Android Play. Whatever laptop you bring, it connects, instantly and seamlessly. Zoom and Teams pre-installed. If you have budgeted fifteen minutes at the start of the meeting for AV setup, you can get that time back.

Privacy at the touch of a button. Help already in the building.

Switchable smart glass transitions from open-concept to fully private instantly. No blinds to fiddle with, no awkward repositioning mid-meeting. And on the rare occasion something needs a human: our support team is stationed on the same floor. Not a phone number. A person, already there.

Ubiquiti access point at Jilani Place

The same network Fortune 500s run on.

Jilani Place runs on Ubiquiti infrastructure, Wi-Fi 7 throughout, ethernet in every boardroom. Your Wi-Fi access begins the second your booking starts. Nothing drops in the middle of a client call.

How a meeting room works

Every meeting room runs a live screen. Here is its day, from before you book to after you leave.

  1. The Smart Boardroom screen showing the room is free for the rest of the day
    01Before · Smart Boardroom

The room tells you it's free

Every room runs a live screen showing the whole day at a glance. Walk past, see when it is free, and book it there and then — from your phone, or at the front desk.

  2. The Smart Boardroom screen welcoming a company by name, with the guest Wi-Fi shown
    02Arrival · Smart Boardroom

It greets your team by name

When your booking starts, the room switches to your welcome screen — your company on the wall, your end time, and the guest Wi-Fi already there for anyone you brought with you.

  3. The Innovation Boardroom screen counting down to a meeting, with a join button and a QR code
    03Joining · Innovation Boardroom

Your call is one tap away

Google Meet and Teams invites land on the screen before you arrive. Tap Join on this screen to put the call on the display, or scan the code to bring it onto your own laptop.

  4. The Innovation Boardroom screen showing the time and who the room is booked to
    04In session · Innovation Boardroom

    Running over? Add time yourself

The screen keeps your remaining time in view without making a fuss about it. If the room is still free afterwards, you can extend your booking without leaving the table.

  5. The Huddle Hub screen saying the room is booked again at five o'clock
    05Wrapping up · Huddle Hub

    A quiet heads-up, not a knock

Ten minutes before your time is out, the room lets you know who is booked next — and whether you can stay on. Nobody has to open the door to move you along.

  6. The Huddle Hub screen thanking a company after their meeting
    06After · Huddle Hub

It resets itself for the next team

Your session ends, the screen thanks you by name and returns itself to free. Nothing to log out of, nothing to unplug, nothing to tidy before the next team walks in.

You never type any of it

Connect your calendar once and the house reads two days ahead — the time, the title and the join link. Meetings that still need a room say so, and the room list opens at your meeting's own hour instead of an empty grid. Nothing reaches the screen on the wall until you say yes: that stays your decision, it is just no longer your typing.

  • The Floor app on iPhone listing two meetings read from a calendar, each marked as having no room booked yet, with a button to book one

It reads what is ahead and tells you which meetings still have no room.

  • The Floor app's room list opened for a meeting called Quarterly review, showing which rooms are free for that meeting's own hour

Tap one and the rooms answer for that meeting's hour — nothing retyped, nothing looked up twice.

Meet Fahad Jilani, the man behind the room you are about to book.

Fahad Jilani did not build this boardroom as a meeting room. He built it as a response to everything that had gone wrong in every other room he had ever sat in.

No expense spared on the tech. A support team on the same floor. The best cafe in the GTA, Cafe 295, that caters the meeting.

Paul Rockwell, who runs Blitzscale Broker, will tell you the rest. He moved his entire operation here after walking through it once.

Watch the two-minute video, then decide if this is the room for your next meeting.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a meeting room cost?

Rooms book by the hour, one hour minimum. The Smart Boardroom is $175 an hour Monday to Friday and $200 on Saturday and Sunday. The Innovation Boardroom is $125 weekdays and $150 on weekends. Huddle Hubs are $60 an hour every day of the week, with no weekend rate. Statutory holidays are billed at the weekday rate. HST is shown before you confirm, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

How does the Flawless Tech Guarantee actually work?

If you experience a technical issue during your booking that our on-site support team cannot resolve within five minutes, your entire booking is free. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 48 hours.

What is the difference between the Smart Boardroom and the Innovation Boardroom?

Same tech suite. The Smart Boardroom seats 14 around one table and has smart glass walls and larger presentation capacity. The Innovation Boardroom seats 10, uses the same Newline display and Shure audio, and is better suited to focused strategy sessions where everyone needs to hear each other without raising their voice.

Can I book catering at the time of booking?

You book the room first, and a member of our team will reach out to coordinate catering from Cafe 295 before your meeting. You will receive a shared ordering link to send to your attendees so everyone orders directly from the menu.

How do my guests find Suite 700?

The building is a prominent landmark visible from the 427. Enter through the main lobby and take the high-speed elevators to the 7th floor. Our suite is directly off the elevator bank. We will send you a guest arrival guide when your booking is confirmed.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your booking. After that, bookings are non-refundable but we will do our best to help you reschedule.
