Copyright notices

Jilani Place Inc. runs the Floor (our members' app and its web version), Plain Wage at aboveboard.work, and Take a Look. Members post photos, videos and words there. If you believe something posted infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act on it.
In Canada
Send a notice to info@jilaniplace.com. Section 8 of our Terms of Use sets out what it needs: your name and address, the work, the right you hold in it, where the content is, the infringement you claim, and its date and time. We forward it to the person who posted the content, keep a record as the Copyright Act requires, and remove content where the claim is made out.

A notice should include your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work you say is infringed; the material and where it is on our service, enough for us to find it; your address, telephone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the notice we sent you, or write to the agent above, and a person will look again.
